The only thing cuter than a celebrity family is a celebrity family in a Halloween costume. I think I read that in a fortune cookie once. And it’s true, as celebs continue to prove year after year. Everybody knows a costume is automatically 50 times better when an adorable celebrity child is involved. Everyone knows Neil Patrick Harris and his family win Halloween. Look at their costume from last year. Look at Harper’s growly face. And Gideon’s little wolfman boots! STOP, IT’S TOO CUTE!

Like I said, they win Halloween, so obviously I couldn’t not put them on the list twice. Give them a few more years and they’ll just be the entire list. Neil’s costume is just ridiculously spot-on. It’s simply not fair. NONE OF THIS IS FAIR!

Another family that always pulls out all the stops on Halloween. We really need to update the dictionary entry for “cute” and just put a picture little baby Keeva as a seahorse. This is the stuff magazine spreads are made of.

Yep, another repeat family. I just can’t ignore this brilliant thing they put together a couple of years earlier. Alyson is a Raggedy Ann doll, Alexis is a toy soldier, and little Satyana is a sock monkey. I’m obsessed.

5. Mariah Carey, Nick Cannon, Monroe and Moroccan as Goldilocks and the Three Bears

At first I thought the fact that Nick is in a full bear suit to be a little creepy, but then I saw the hair on top of it, and then I saw Monroe’s glasses, and then I saw the little paw prints on the slippers, and they won me over. Since they’re getting divorced and everything, we might as well remember the good times.

6. Jessica Simpson, Eric Johnson and Maxwell as… ????

Apparently Jessica is supposed to be a sexy milkmaid, and Eric is a Scottish higlander. But all that matters is that Maxwell is in a fluffy chicken costume and I’m going to cry.
